Today, Noi and I visited the beautiful Khlong Nonsi Waterfall on the east side of Koh Chang, Trat Province, Thailand. It turned out to be one of those simple but unforgettable days surrounded by nature, crystal clear water, and peaceful jungle scenery.
The drive to Khlong Nonsi Waterfall already feels like an adventure. The road passes through quiet tropical jungle areas far away from the busy tourist beaches. When we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with only the sound of flowing water and birds in the forest.
The river water was incredibly clear. You could see every stone under the surface. We walked through the shallow stream, sat on the rocks, and enjoyed the cool mountain water. But there was one problem. Walking on slippers was definitely not a good idea on the slippery rocks.
One of the funniest parts of the day was the small fish swimming around our feet. The moment we stood still in the water, the fish started nibbling on our toes like a natural fish spa. Strange at first, but actually relaxing after a while.
We also took some amazing photos here. The combination of jungle greenery, smooth rocks, flowing water, and natural light makes Khlong Nonsi Waterfall a perfect photography spot on Koh Chang.
If you visit Koh Chang and want to explore more than beaches and resorts, this hidden waterfall is absolutely worth visiting.
